At Epic Sound Gear, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Our hassle-free returns and refunds process is designed with your convenience in mind:

  1. Return Period:
    You have 30 days from the purchase date to return any item. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this period.

  2. Return Shipping Costs:

    • If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping.
    • If you are returning the item simply because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
  3. Defective or Damaged Items:
    Should you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 30 days. We will arrange for the return at no extra cost, and once the item is received and inspected, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees you paid.

  4. Returns for Change of Mind:
    If you decide the product isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and your refund will be processed for the item’s cost only, excluding shipping fees.

  5. Refund Process:
    Once we receive and verify your returned item, we will notify you via email and process the refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it might take a few additional days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
