BTR-800 and TR-800 units are FREQUENCY SPECIFIC - units must have identical frequencies on both units for proper use and function. TR-800 Wireless beltpacks sold seperately. Although the 700 and 800 series models "appear" to be the same there are minor differences in the model#'s which could result in a mismatch if ordered incorrectly. Make sure you have ordered the correct Base Station,Transceiver and headset that match your needs and match each other! Things to look for are matching frequency bands and headset interconnects.
